Our community had the absolute pleasure of working with Jeb and his team at Elite Lighting Designs Inc. Our community has two monuments, one at each gated entrance. We decided to illuminate them and Jeb and his team were one of several vendors we reached out to for bids. Jeb was patient, knowledgeable about different lighting options, and a joy to partner with. Jeb responded to all of our email inquiries in a timely fashion (and believe me when I say there were several back and forth emails). I knew I wanted lighting but I didn’t know what I wanted versus did not want until we began discussing options with Jeb. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and gave us options that fit our wants but most importantly our budget. When my community partner began to ask technical/specification questions Jeb’s technical knowledge was vast. He and my community partner were able to discuss important specifications/modifications/etc to ensure the installation process did not interfere with our existing power sources. Our order was delivered ahead of schedule and installed on time. The lighting options we chose are absolutely beautiful! The community loved the new addition! I cannot express how pleased I am with the outcome of this project. I highly recommend Jeb for any of your lighting projects! He and his team will not disappoint. We used Elite Lighting to install outdoor string lights over our pool and lighting to accentuate the trees in our backyard. We are so pleased with the results and the quality of their work! We only had 1 issue during the installation process, and they were quick to make it right soon after I notified them of the issue. Jeb and his team were a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely use them again in the future should we need it. I had Elite Lighting install lighting around my home several years ago and I continue to be impressed with their professionalism, work, and products they used. Their recommendations and suggestions were outstanding, too! I remain very impressed so much that them back to do more lights. This time Jeb Brown suggested I do specialized lights around my driveway gate and fence stone columns, which I went with. They work perfectly, and the Dauer system connects with my phone so I can control them when I want.them on and off. Perfect system that meets my desired needs. Thanks Jeb for coming up with a great system. Installation was perfect, and the price was right.

I am sure that what he did was done with the best intentions on my problem, but I still the lights that flicker so far, every day. Still need for him or someone to come to check out the problem.
